Arizona Animal Rescue and Sanctuary is a non-profit, all volunteer organization.   We are a foster-home based rescue, not a shelter, all our dogs live in loving family homes until they are adopted.

When you adopt from AZARS, you will have the comfort of knowing that all of our dogs are sterilized, micro-chipped, and up to date on their shots.
